On Saturday evening, when everyone had settled in Hotel Time Out and experienced, for most of them, their first hours in Bulgaria we went to attend a very special evening meant to give all participants an insight into Bulgarian traditions and customs. We all ate typical food, learnt a few steps of Bulgarian dances, but most importantly met and talked with everyone. Soon enough, shopska salad, horo and rakia will have become an habit for all the participants.
